BACKGROUND
I am born and raised in Oakland and happy to call the Bay Area home, with it's rich history, diversity, culture and innovations. I grew up drawing and originally wanted to take my art in the direction of architecture and engineering. This, until I found out about graphic design, website design and music engineering while in college at Cal State Hayward. From there, I completed those programs and started my freelance journey.

During my years of freelancing, I have worked in areas of: branding, identity, website design, promotional flyer design/printing, portrait/event photography, music engineering/production. I have prided myself in providing affordable professional designs for artists, small businesses, schools, non-profits, promoters, car clubs and more.
For the services I provide to my clients, presentation is everything, and the designs and photos represent where they "want to be" in regards to the high quality presentation.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGEMENT | PRINTING - eCOMMERCE
I have a decade of CS call center management and leadership experience coupled with my education and background in graphic design and multimedia. I have been fortunate to combine my two passions customer support and design, to my employment experience in successful Bay Area based tech start-up companies Cafepress.com and PsPrint.com.
During my most recent 11 years with PsPrint, a Deluxe company, I thrived in the fast-paced and dynamic environment defining and implementing numerous department, business, website, intranet and process improvements. I find great joy in talent development, hiring, training and supporting reps and leaders, challenging them to succeed, while leading by example.
